Hey creator of this on to let you know that this works instantly good it’s just mine is a little bit way to sticky but it still works very well. I use tapioca starch like you tell me to, and I put it onto the sticky mixture and it doesn’t make it sticky anymore on the inside. It’s sticky, but on the outside, and then I can just roll it into balls, and then I’ve got tapioca pearls, and then I usually put it into a strainer. Then I put it into a ball it into a bowl and then I’ll put a little bit of water on it so just so it is just submerged and then I put in the microwave for one minute it’s still works

Somehow I knew this won't work... I followed literally each step, and taste is just awful... They weren't transparent not a bit like in video, and taste is just too flourish... I'm not saying it's recipe, I just couldn't make it. Maybe it was too much starch but they were shaped easily. It's far from taste like it should be and it wasn't worth of all the mess and the dishes. They are hard, not chewy, not soft, just awfull 😞 I didn't made them well.

i see why did you called it ube kintsuba, brcause,ypu did add ube flavor…it must be taste like ube. so i will never ever find it at Japanese sweets store,unless you starts introducing it.
